The Alphen Hotel offers 21 tastefully decorated bedrooms ranging from the comfortable courtyard bedrooms to the luxurious air-conditioned Mill Range. Each bedroom is individually furnished with a full en-suite bathroom, cosy Courtyard rooms with charm combines the classic comfort and spaciousness of yesteryear with bathrooms to dream of. There is a hairdresser and a health and beauty salon.

A spectacular setting amidst the dappled shade of ancient oaks offers both tranquility and easy access to the many splendours of the Cape. Conferences or functions can be organised at your request.

Conferencing

Alphen has three conference venues in the Manor House that can be utilised as boardroom, conference or cinema style presentations. Seating arrangements are detailed as follows:

Long Gallery - School room 40, U-Shape 22, Cinema Style 50
James Barry Room - Boardroom 12, U-Shape 12, Cinema Style 20
Cullinan Room - Boardroom 10. Only.

These rooms are available either on a daily room rate (plus any extras) or on a Daily Delegate Rate, and includes the following:

• Tea / Coffee / Orange Juice on arrival
• Tea / Coffee / Scones midmorning
• Lunch: either set menu or finger lunch
• Tea / Coffee / Biscuits mid-afternoon
• Standard equipment hire: OHP, Flipchart, Whiteboard, Screen, TV

The Cullinan Room is limited to Boardroom Style and the use of equipment is limited to a flipchart and whiteboard. Two sitting rooms are also available and are well suited to informal discussion or as breakaway rooms for the three function rooms.
